Booking A Transfer
Transfers from Lisbon airport (Juicy Oasis, Portugal) and Dalaman airport (Juicy Mountain, Turkey) to the retreat and back can be booked at an additional cost, using our chosen third-party specialist travel agents in Lisbon and Dalaman.
We have worked with these companies for years, and have found them to be trustworthy, reliable, and competitively priced.
Organizing Your Own Transport
You are not obliged to use this service and may arrange your own method of transport to the retreat, such as a taxi.
Please be aware that the retreats are both located in remote areas, and on occasion, drivers from other travel companies get lost and have charged extra for the journey.
If you book your own transfers, you agree to take full responsibility for arriving at the retreat.
We work with a very well-respected third-party transfer company that operates a high standard of vehicles. They are fully compliant with all COVID-19 regulations and have been awarded the ‘Safe & Clean’ and ‘Safe Travel’ certifications from Tourism Portugal. Group transfers run on Saturdays at the times listed. If you would like transfers outside of these times or prefer a luxury transfer to be waiting for you on arrival, we can book you a private “any-time” transfer.
Providing Flight Details
You will need to provide your flight details to us at least 7 days before your departure, to ensure your requested transfer time can be accommodated. If you fail to provide your flight details in this time, we cannot guarantee your chosen transfer slot, and you may have to book your own transport to the retreat.
Confirmation of transfer times, details of meeting point and emergency contact details for your day of arrival will be provided ahead of your stay. Please keep these details with you whilst travelling, in case required.
Notify us as soon as possible if your flight is delayed on your day of arrival.
If you have booked a group transfer, and your flight is delayed, we will always try to move you to the next available group transfer. However, if the next transfer is full, you may have to wait until the next available transfer space. You may choose to upgrade to a private transfer, which will be charged once you arrive at the retreat.
If delays cause your arrival time to fall outside our available group transfers, you may need to upgrade to a private transfer at additional cost.
Transfers can accommodate 1 × suitcase and 1 × hand luggage per guest. If you are planning on bringing more baggage, please inform our team prior to booking transfers to ensure you can be accommodated. If you do not inform us, we may not have enough space for guests and baggage. It will be up to you to make alternative arrangements, and you will still be charged for the transfer booked.
Failure To Arrive
No refund will be provided for failure to arrive at the retreat for any reason. Juicy Oasis and Juicy Mountain are not accountable and will not cover any loss for delayed/cancelled/missed flights. Booked transfers can be cancelled and refunded up to 72 hours prior to the date of transfer/travel. After this time, no refunds will be available for cancelled transfers as the transfer companies we use will still require payment for “no-shows”.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are happy for us to send your details to our recommended third-party travel specialists. and that Juice Master Ltd and Juicy Oasis/Juicy Mountain are not responsible for any injuries or losses incurred during the transfers.
This contract is entered into under the laws of the United Kingdom and in agreeing to these terms and conditions you are doing so on behalf of yourself and any other parties included in your booking.
