Juicy Mountain – Transfers Information
Arrival Transfers / Check-In:
We work with a 3rd party transfer company that operates transfers throughout the day on Saturday (however transfers on other days are also available, please ask for details). Once booked, you have up to 72 hours before the start date of your Retreat to cancel for a full refund. After this point, however, we cannot refund pre-booked transfers as they are booked and paid to the 3rd party transfer company in advance.
If you would like to book a transfer for your arrival on Saturday, then please note, if you land before 15:30, the transfer company will take you to the local village of Göcek, as rooms at the retreat will not be ready until 16:30. Göcek is a beautiful little village where you can visit the fishing port, go shopping or enjoy time in the cafes taking a healthy drink or meal before heading up to the Retreat. Your luggage can be stored at the Cafe we have spoken to whilst you enjoy your time in the village. We have a great relationship with this Cafe, and they will keep your cases safe. The transfer company will collect you from the advised location at 16.00 to take you to the retreat.
If you are arriving after 22:00 on Saturday, our team will welcome you and quickly get you settled, ready for the week ahead, however. Your room/tent contains a room pack with information about the retreat and the week ahead. Our team will welcome you in the morning with the 10:30 juice and welcome talk. We strongly encourage you to attend this talk, as you will learn valuable information about the week ahead.
Departure Transfers / Check-Out:
On the Saturday of your departure, we would ask you to please check-out of your room by 12:00 noon. If you are booking a transfer and your flight is not until later in the day, the drivers will collect you from the retreat at the agreed time and drop you off in Göcek so you can enjoy a delicious post-retreat meal or amble around the lovely village. Your bags can be kept at a trusted location we will advise you of. The drivers will then collect you from the village at the agreed time before proceeding to the airport. Details of your Saturday options can be discussed and advised once at the retreat with the Retreat Manager.
