Booking A Transfer
We use a trusted third-party specialist transfer company for all transfers. By booking a transfer with us, you agree that we may share your details with them, and that you accept the following terms and conditions:
Group Transfers
Only operate at scheduled times on Saturdays between the retreat and the nearest airport:
Faro Airport and Juicy Escape
Lisbon Airport and Juicy Oasis
Dalaman Airport and Juicy Mountain
Private Anytime Transfers
Can be scheduled to suit your travel plans. Alternative pick-up or drop-off locations can also be accommodated upon request. Please transfers@ your chosen retreat.
Requirements
Transfers must be booked in advance. Guests will not be able to join a transfer (group or private) without a confirmed booking.
Important – Flight Details
Our team will track all arrival flights, so flight details must be provided at the time of booking, or no later than 4 days before your scheduled transfer.
If you fail to provide this information and don’t arrive at the designated meeting point at the designated time, this may be considered a no-show, and additional charges will be incurred.
Payment
Juicy Oasis/Juicy Escape: Transfers will be charged to your room bill and are payable upon checkout. We accept payment in euros (€) only.
Juicy Mountain: Transfers must be paid for at the time of booking.
Luggage
The standard luggage allowance is one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per guest, for both group and private transfers. If you plan to travel with additional luggage, please contact us before booking, as a larger vehicle (at an additional cost) may be required. If we don’t receive advance notice, we cannot guarantee sufficient space for passengers and luggage. In such cases, guests will be responsible for arranging alternative transport, and the original transfer booking will still be charged.
Delays
If you’ve booked a transfer with us, our transfer company will be tracking your flight and respond accordingly.
If your flight is delayed and you’ve booked a group transfer, we will move you onto the next available group transfer. If your new arrival time falls outside the scheduled group transfer times, or all group transfers are full, a private transfer may be required at an additional cost.
If your flight is delayed and you’ve booked a private transfer, your driver will be waiting for you on arrival.
We understand that airport delays at security and baggage reclaim are outside your control. However, where possible, please proceed with your transfer as promptly as you can to avoid missing your scheduled transfer and having to wait (for group transfers) or incurring additional charges (for private transfers).
Changes
Changes to transfer bookings can be requested up to 72 hours before, but are subject to availability.
Cancellations
Juicy Oasis/Juicy Escape: All transfers may be cancelled up to 72 hours before your scheduled transfer without charge. After this time, you will still be charged.
Juicy Mountain: Transfers may be cancelled and refunded up to 72 hours before your scheduled transfer. After this time, all transfers are non-refundable.
Passenger Etiquette
We reserve the right to refuse service without a refund if a guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Any guest who behaves in a verbally or physically abusive manner will be required to leave the transfer, and no refund will be issued.
Eating and drinking are not permitted on transfers.
Liability
Neither Juice Master or Juice Master Retreats are responsible or liable for any injuries or losses incurred during transfers.
